Modern decor, cozy loft design, secure building
Disappointingly, the sleeping quarters are 10 feet up, and headroom is limited!!! Daily cleaning should be standard at this price. The alley across from the room felt concerning and messy!!!

I had a great stay—loved the cozy loft design and how close we were to great eateries. Just wish the bathroom had better ventilation!

can't wait to come back
The place feels super secure, which is great for a solo traveler. My room was modern and spotlessly clean. Loved the loft design, really cozy! Also, the toaster and microwave were handy. Located just a couple of blocks from King Street train station and the vibe was awesome with rain pattering on the roof. Can't wait to return!

Yo, the food scene around Sonder is lit! Just down the block, hit up Taylor Shellfish Oyster Bar for some fresh seafood that'll make your taste buds dance. Also, don’t sleep on the cozy vibes at Zeitgeist for a coffee fix. Plus, the spot's renovated with killer facilities and super clean—totally my vibe! That handwritten note was just the cherry on top!
Okay, so the noise is a bit of a buzzkill. Can't say I was thrilled about the parking situation either—it took us 70 bucks to park nearby on a game day, and it wasn’t exactly the most comforting lot.

Couldn't recommend more for a flash stay
Cozy room, secure building, with a smart TV that made our downtime enjoyable and a fully equipped kitchen where we definitely took advantage of the stove top and oven/microwave.
Nothing to complain about at all.

A step stool for the loft would be helpful.

The location made it easy to explore. I liked being close to many places and enjoyed the convenience. This trip was about simplicity for me, and the setting fit just right.
I found the check-in process confusing and time-consuming. It felt frustrating not having anyone there to help during the process.
